Analysis Notes
I feel like this was a really good session. In my imagination, it felt like I was at an our family cabin and then there was something on the ground that just kind of turned orange so I wrote orange down. Just like a little circle. And then I got an impression that there was a bump and but with circles around it so that I drew that mountain thing with circles underneath it. I kept trying to go back to like a state of just passive observation and I would catch myself thinking and just label thinking. Or trying to figure out and label “figuring it out” and then I had some an impression of waves like a wavy smooth outdoor surface. For a moment I had a flash of seeing it in my mind’s eye like moving through the canyon or whatever and that’s when I drew the shape at the bottom. I feel like this was a really good session.
