Your rights under CCPA
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. While we do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, we do share data with third-party services for analytics, advertising, and site improvement purposes.
What data is "shared"?
Under CCPA's broad definition, the following activities constitute "sharing" of personal information:
- Analytics: Usage data sent to PostHog and Vercel Analytics
- Session recording: Interaction data recorded by PostHog for UX improvement
- AI processing: Session data processed by OpenAI for scoring and analysis
- Payment processing: Transaction data processed by Stripe (required for donations)
